Exploiting ClichÃ©s

Who said that clichÃ©s are never good? Well really should avoid them most of the time. After all, I am sure that you can come up with something more original and something that would drive your point home â€“ most of the time, that is. Yet what about those times when you simply cannot get those creative juices flowing? Will you settle for something less compelling rather than make use of a clichÃ©?

Personally, I would say no. I am not all that against clichÃ©s, really. There are clichÃ©s, and there are clichÃ©s. I only mean to say that there are clichÃ©s which can add a certain factor to your blog post â€“ if used tastefully.

Then again, even a â€œclichÃ© geekâ€ may not always have the answer to every kind of situation. What do you do when you desperately need a clichÃ© and nothing appropriate is popping into your mind? Search online!

There are countless sites where you can find quotes and clichÃ©s but some of my favorites are Find ClichÃ©s and ClichÃ© Finder. I like ClichÃ© Finder a lot because you can do a search using a specific word. This is great when you are thinking of a clichÃ© or a phrase but you canâ€™t seem to get it quite right. Find ClichÃ©s, on the other hand, has also an extensive list of clichÃ©s which are categorized conveniently.
