Submit your posts to social tools, like Blogosphere News StumbleUpon, Digg, Reddit.

Write a Good and Effective Headline to entice readers to read your blog, And also Complement Your Writing With Visuals, sometimes I won’t read a blog if doesn’t have pictures so this helps and also A Good Blog Template is Crucial, because First Impressions Last.

Comment on blog posts on other blogger’s posts to get readers and/or bloggers to read your blog, by leaving a thankful comment or constructive criticisms.

Give useful information, tips, tutorials and such
and focusing on writing great, original content, and blogging with passion.

Also try reading Jimmy’s Posts on Blog Writing Best Practices and the Blog Writing Best Practices part 2 which emphasizes on Absorbing information by reading and talking to other people and
Choose specific periods of time for writing and Just keep on writing…

your readers always have something interesting to read even during your “off” days;

first time readers will have a better chance of realizing how interesting your blog can be and so encourage them to subscribe;

and simply make your weblog better in terms of usability.
