About Blog Tutorials

Posted by as Marketing and Search Optimization, Monetization Usually, while blogging, on web hosting sites we start telling more things than intended as we are deviated from the main topic by getting carried away. Does the quality of your content really matter?

Posted by as Featured Articles, Linking, Marketing and Search Optimization, Monetization, Monetization Features, Promotion, SEO Features, Tips Generating continuous content for your business is now widely recognised as an important part of search engine optimisation. Online businesses need to be consistently producing articles, blog posts, press releases and content of many other kinds too. However, despite the majority of business owners understanding the relevancy of content in an SEO campaign, some do not recognise the importance of the quality of this content. They believe if the content they create features a few appropriate keywords and is new, it will receive attention and interest. Those with this view argue the quality of the content they write is not as important as SEO experts state and so put little effort or thought into their writing. The results achieved by those with this attitude speak for themselves. Website owners who do not regard quality of content as of utmost importance do not achieve top rankings, do not significantly increase the amount of traffic visiting their web pages and do not increase their conversion rates either. This is because quality is in fact of great importance when writing content as part of your search engine optimisation campaign.

Posted by Jimmy as Community Building, Monetization, Tips eMarketer Digital Intelligence reported yesterday that, according to BlogHer and iVillage, the generation of Millennials (18-25 yrs) are the most active in the blogosphere. Active defined as both writing and reading blogs with a total of 40.4% of the bloggers belonging to the age group and 30.3% of the readers belonging in the same group. As can be expected the number of bloggers and blog readers go down as the age bracket goes up.
