I've recently started using Exclaimer to centralise the way we manage our <a href="http://www.exclaimer.com/products/outlook-email-signatures.aspx" title="outlook email signatures" rel="nofollow">email signatures</a> - so far I have been really impressed with this tool - I highly recommend it.

Agreed. It's a win win situation. Although there are times of overkill where your signature can look unruly...name, company, website, contact number, email, blog etc.

I think that doing anything that people may notice us is always better than not trying anything. After all, there is no such thing as 100% guarantee that people will visit us. What we can only do is to increase the possibilities.

Yes, I include my blog name on my email signature. But it does not stop there. I include something what I can offer, for example a useful product or service. I don't actually promote my blog, but rather try to help them. And better yet, inspire them.
